Orders - Our order reservations and delivery time are on a first come, first serve basis. To make sure your ordering process is stress free and enjoyable, please kindly place your order as soon as possible.

Deposit - Once the order detail is confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your order. If deposit payment has not been received by the deposit deadline, we reserve the right to terminate the order.

Changes - Reasonable changes to your order may be made in advance of the delivery date. Additional costs may be incurred depending on the nature of the changes. If we are able, we will accommodate any changes you request including, but not limited to flavors, shapes, and decorations.

Cancellation - If you notify us of a cancellation before the cancellation deadline, we will refund 75% of your deposit. No refunds of the deposit will be given after that date.

Delivery - The following suggested delivery time only subject to cheesecakes and cupcakes. For other cakes, please send us enquiry through e-mail.
Mon to Fri (6:15 PM) - Kowloon Bay MTR Station
Mon to Thu (7:00 PM) - Yau Ma Tei MTR Station

Our Obligation - We take our obligation to provide your cake as agreed in the invoice very seriously. However, should an unforeseeable event occur which prevents us from fulfilling our obligation and we must cancel our agreement with you, we will refund your paid deposit in-full.

Photographs of Your Cake – We reserve the right to take and use our own photos of your cake(s) to use for marketing and promotional purposes, including advertising and promotion through our marketing partners, without compensation to you.
